Phew. Mum’s do everything don’t they? Whether they balance kids and Christmas dinner, or have just always been there for you, they deserve a good pamper. Let them rest those tired feet with a luxurious Ready For the Runway treatment (£25) where they can soak their troubles away in a foot bath, before we take their feet to silky softness with a scrub and rasp treatment. It’s all finished up with a quick foot massage and a coat of their favourite polish colour. Who wouldn’t be delighted with that?

For a Special Someone Who Needs Spoiling

If you’re looking for a grand gesture this is it – book a loved one in for our Red Carpet Event treatment (£54). This combo consists of our most luxurious manicure and pedicure. Everything’s included that could be wished for; it starts off with some detailed cuticle care, leaving your natural nails looking gorgeous, before nails are shaped. This treatment includes a massage for both hands and feet, as well as a soak and exfoliating rasp for your feet, and hot lavender towels for your hands. It’s all finished off with expertly applied polish in any colour of your choosing, but if you’re feeling extra indulgent, you can upgrade the treatment to include gel polish, at +£15 for just hands or +£30 for hands and feet.

Did you know we also have some wonderful products available for sale in the salon? If you know someone who grinds away at the 9-5 in the hospitality industry, or constantly has their hands in dishwater, you could transform the health of their nails with the OPI Nail Envy (£18.95). This is the holy grail of nail strengtheners that many of our own technicians swear by. You can also add a bottle of Dadi’Oil (£9.95) which is our go-to cuticle oil in the salon; filled with vitamin E and Jojoba oil, it’s ideal for bringing your natural nails and cuticles back to life.

For The Glamorous Person In Your Life

For those who love to look immaculate at all times, we recommend our full acrylic treatment. The Full Jet Set (£40) is a luxurious manicure with everything included, cuticles, hot mitts and hand massage, all wrapped up with acrylic nails in any shape of your choosing. Upgrade to gel polish (+£15) for bulletproof nails that won’t chip, then if you like add on a nail art upgrade (from £9) for Instagram-worthy style.

For The Gentleman Who Likes a Pamper

The nail salon is no longer the domain of just women, here at Nailista we offer a package for the gents too; our Gentlemani is a pampering treatment that will take rough nails and leave them buffed, clean, filed and gleaming. The whole treatment is boxed off with his choice of either clear polish (in matte or shine) or a hand massage for ultimate relaxation. Of course, men aren’t limited to this option, we’re happy to accommodate men in all of our mani/pedi packages!

Christmas Nail Art @ Nailista

22

Christmas is coming, and between shopping for presents, picking up the turkey, and dealing with the blustery cold you deserve a break! Luckily Nailista has you covered, with salons conveniently dotted in the heart of Manchester, Chester and the INTU Trafford Centre, you can pop in mid-shop for a quick mani, or book a longer more luxurious treatment to soak away those winter blues.

Of course, Christmas is a time of extravagance and most importantly; glitter. There is no time like December to book in for dramatic and dazzling nail art. Whether you’re looking for cute Santas and Rudolfs on your acrylics or a simple sparkling snowflake in gel polish, we suggest you book now to take advantage of this year’s designs.

Our technicians have been working hard researching the latest designs and practising their skills with chrome, glitter and gems; and they’ve put together some of their favourite designs on display at our salons! Here’s a sneak preview so you can plan your nail art with us this festive period – just don’t forget to book in advance online for nail art or acrylics, as appointments are already filling up in December!

Xmas Nail Art (1)

Christmas is our most popular time of the year for nail art, so we’ve put together some designs all our nail technicians can replicate. Please feel free to ask for any of these designs, but if you have your own special idea or you’ve seen something online that you love, please get in touch and we’ll match you up with the right technician and package.

Xmas Nail Art

All of our Christmas designs can be done in normal polish or gel polish, the only exception is chrome, which must be done on gel. We recommend more detailed designs should be done in gel polish, as it would be a shame to spend so long on art and have your polish chip! Gel polish should last up to 2 weeks and our ‘Two Weeks on Shoot’ package is guaranteed for 2 weeks or more – which is great if you have a party coming up and want to ensure you have perfect nails!

Xmas Nail Art (2)

Feel free to book in for a manicure or pedicure as a treat too, or spoil anyone who’s working hard in the run up to Christmas. We can offer vouchers, but if you’d like a book a surprise visit just give us a call and we’ll navigate you round all the nail jargon!

If you want nail art but don’t like the idea of being too literal with an Xmas design, remember we have plenty of other designs to choose from!
